Finsbury Green is a zero waste privately owned family business that is an Australian market leader in providing print and associated services.  

You will be responsible for supporting our account management team in servicing the Victorian Government customer across a broad range of services and customers. This role is based in the Melbourne CBD. 

Duties included in this role are:

  • Communicate and liaise with external and internal customers along with 3rd party suppliers to facilitate the delivery of our services to the government. 
  • Initiating and tracking jobs through the production process.
  • Respond to customer enquiries using appropriate methods
  • Perform invoicing and reporting duties 
  • Take part in internal customer meetings in support of account managers

You will be a reliable and sociable person who thrives in a collaborative working environment. You will be able to demonstrate initiative with good administration and organisational skills. You will have the ability to learn and adopt new processes as well as new product knowledge.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Well developed and effective communication skills
  • The ability to manage a diverse workload
  • Proficient in Excel
  • A passion for delivering good customer experiences
  • A sense of humour and the ability to keep things in perspective when facing adversity
  • Some knowledge of print and related services (preferable but not mandatory)
